Day 51 : Giving up part 5. Day 10 of 21.



I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to see realize and understand why and how it is that giving up affects me mentally as well as physically, that it is not only an emotion or experience that exists on a mind level but it siphons through into the physical body and manipulates and conditions me into an actual physical state, a physical experience where I really completely and entirely give in to and succumb to the giving up process and experience. So because my beingness is existent within and as the mind as well as the physical body the platform within the back of the physical body that platform is connected both within and into the mind as well as the physical body. So essentially I can imagine seeing like that round circular platform within my back and see a beam that is resonating from it and that beam is like a beam of light that lights up my entire physical body. So I can also more liken it to being a spotlight and that light then shines into the entire physical body that represents the extent of influence that that giving up platform has within my  physical body. It like permeates and infiltrates everything everywhere and so it's in a way like that platform illuminates the the places or spaces where my beingness had been integrated into the physical body. 

I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to see realize and understand that the moment my beingness is pulled from the mind into that platform within the back of my physical body as where consciousness is now in the process of pulling me back into and further into the mind so that when I am facing a problem or a challenge inside my mind or within my world and reality my consciousness sucks me into that black hole that platform within the back of my physical body and as my consciousness pulls my beingness into that black hole at the same time it like influences the rest of my beingness that's within the physical body as well and once that black hole has sucked in all of my beingness that was in the mind and the physical body in relation to the particular challenge or problem that I'm facing once everything is in that black hole it's like the mind has got me in and is holding my beingness within that state and that experience of I'm now going to give up 

I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to see realize and understand that my beingness had also been separated into multiple dimensions within my mind and my physical body so in other words there are some parts of my beingness that will be connected to a particular mind pattern and a behavioral pattern so for example the challenge that I'm facing in my world and my reality is a hectic schedule where I am just so busy and how I was  supposed to align myself in relation to the hectic schedule was prioritizing planning timing breathing stabilizing doing one thing at a time and getting it done and walking through that hectic schedule but instead the problem and the challenge one then started reacting to within my mind and slowly but surely with creating that reaction to the problem and the challenge of the hectic schedule my consciousness was like if you on a beingness level is going to walk through this hectic schedule with awareness with stability I'm going to lose control here so I have to take control and my consciousness literally takes control by sucking and pulling my beingness into that black hole and that's the first phase that manifests where the consciousness will first establish where my beingness had been integrated into the mind pattern the pattern of what my relationship usually is toward a hectic schedule.

I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to consider that when I'm facing a problem or a challenge what I'll find is that sometimes there will be moments of where I  see the potential that I have to walk through it or to get it done or to see myself through it there's a moment of awareness it's like that potential shows of yes this is what I have to do to get this done and it is those moments that the moment that comes up the warning bells goes off for consciousness because there my awareness is coming through and the mind cannot control.

I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to  when I'm facing challenges and problems watch out for the potentials that I see it is those potentials that I want to harness that I actually want to push to get done to manifest to live like for example the hectic schedule where the I had seen okay all I have to do is breathe stabilize plan prioritize and even sometimes have that self-talk with myself saying I can do this I can do this and then the moment that happens and I'm not yet in the directive principle of my mind and consciousness. Consciousness then immediately takes my beingness takes the patterns and programs and systems within my mind that are my weaknesses essentially and then starts taking that and pulling it into that black hole so for example I had a program as a weakness where I tend to  bend and break when I perceive something to be overwhelming and hectic schedule that's overwhelmingness so then consciousness projects overwhelmingness into the hectic schedule within the my mind and there the being starts bending and breaking and folding and consciousness pulls the beingness into that black hole and then also has a look at where in that pattern or program of bending and breaking within overwhelmingness what is the behavioral traits linked to that then from there the consciousness has a look at where in the physical body is my beingness existent within behavioral patterns and the behavioral patterns is for example sighing a lot and sitting back in the chair a lot and having a physical experience of apathy or lethargy and a general sensation of weakness and then that gets amplified .

I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself  to see realize and understand what happens the moment my consciousness pulls me into that black hole of giving up is it amplifies patterns and programs and systems inside my mind and inside my body and in that amplification it makes that even stand out and emphasizes that so much that it feels like my mind overwhelms me and that is how this particular giving up process affects me mentally as well as physically 

I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to see realize and understand that the mind will find in my mind and in my body systems and patterns and behaviors and energies and experiences anything it can find to completely completely pull me into the mind into consciousness 

I forgive myself for not accepting and allowing myself to see realize and understand  that if I find me within the giving up process and I can already see how my mind is turning me against myself how my mind is creating a reaction toward a problem or a challenge or something or someone difficult that within that I want to essentially identify and write out : What is the nature of the thoughts that come up? What is the nature of the backchat? How do I physically change within my experience in my body? And also how do I change in my behavior? What is my mind using against me? Meaning where are there still weaknesses in my relationship to thoughts and backchat and behavior patterns that I'm still listening to and that I'm still believing instead of investigating introspecting and changing?

 

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see realize and understand that the practical application process I can have a look within my memories where I had gone through a process and experience of giving up  where I had in fact given up. I can look at real life situations where it can even be things like where I had left something to the last minute and where in leaving things to the last minute I had become overwhelmed with the little time that I had left to prepare something or to study something or finish something. That's another shall I say common example that many might face obviously what needs to be investigated and introspected is how I created the leaving things to the last minute in the first place but even in that there is still an opportunity to push myself to push beyond my limits and limitations and see how much I can get done within the time that I do have available to or the time that I have given to me.

 

So within this have a look at what had happened within and during that time you know what was the thoughts that came up the backchats the emotions the physical sensations or experiences like you then had thoughts of don't have enough time might as well just not do anything or you know it's it's too late i can't fix this there's still too much to do and i just don't have enough time to do it in you know so there the context and nature of the thoughts where your mind is using a point against you is in relation to time for example all right because the thoughts and backchat is going in relation to not having enough time and then in that process you had the physical experiences and sensations of like heaviness in the chest and your body just feeling weak and you know whatever the mind brought up and whatever you're physically experiencing had all now validated why you must just give up on the and not do anything okay.

 

So here assistance support yourself to have a look at the nature of thoughts backchats emotions and the physical experiences that your mind use within the giving up process instead of you know where we're going to continue with in the next interview is what is the gift that is existent within assisting and supporting oneself to walk through and transcend giving up.

 

I mean it is quite fascinating just with having a look at what happens when you give up is one fall into old habits patterns programs and experiences and behaviors so therefore the question is what is existent within and beyond giving up what is existent within and beyond giving up is gifts that you can discover about yourself in relation to self-expression are gifts that you're going to have to create for yourself and live for yourself but there will be a self discovery involved in where you're actually going to surprise yourself in what it is that you're actually capable of if one simply do not accept and allow oneself to give up.

 

So essentially what is on the other side of giving up is a surprise you know it's it's your own surprise and let this be the motivational point for you you know whenever you face a giving up process or where you are in the throes of giving up you know everyone knows that moment where it's like the mind just gets really busy and the emotions are overwhelming and you're in that physical experience where instead of taking that step of making that decision of okay i'm going to give up now one instead push through it and one don't and instead direct oneself in one's reality.

 

I mean this is one of the greatest gifts that you will be giving to yourself what surprises how would you surprise yourself by walking through and transcending giving up.

 

So to have a look then again at the practical application process for this interview i would suggest using the the point of leaving things to the last minute because i'm sure it's a common one that many have faced or even still face you know where instead of giving up one see how one can push oneself and plan and prioritize and direct within the given time that you do have you know how much can you get done in that time so then we can also have a look at how often and where else in our world in our reality do we do this you know where we do have a little bit of time and then we have a look at something and say we look at that something as an absolute and say that absolute point cannot fit in this given amount of time that i have and this obviously leads to postponement and procrastination because now one is waiting for oneself for time and for one's life to give oneself an opening you know for when you can fit an absolute point into an absolute amount of time you know it's like this time has to equal the responsibility that i have to do and that i have and i'm sure many may have already found that sometimes you can be waiting for days weeks months where one is just kind of sitting back and kind of waiting for some unknown force or being to give you some time.

 

So within life what you have to realize is time is something that you have to create and time is something that you have to use as a resource meaning one have to be resourceful with time so if you have an absolute point and it's going to need for example let's say 20 hours to complete and now one is waiting for a day in which one have 20 hours and it doesn't come so obviously with little increments of time that one then do have within an entire week or two weeks or a month one can then take that absolute point and filter it and channel it into the little bit amount of time that you do have okay.

 

So have a look also at this particular point because this relationship of giving up and postponement and procrastination are linked together if you have a tendency of leaving things to the last minute and then very easily giving up that one would also have such a relationship to time which is affecting your time management within your responsibilities and your life and if one have a look at your time management within the context of waiting for time then one find one never get things done you know and when you don't get things done then one use the fact that oh i'm not getting things done and i don't have enough time as an excuse reason and justification to do what give up so that's another way that the mind ever in consciousness ever so subtly channels and resonates the giving up process and experience through.

 

So once you have one's responsibilities in one's life belong to you you know where you direct it and you direct time so it's essentially you want to take the words responsibilities and time and you want to take the words see it in front of you and let it integrate into you into your body so that you see the words responsibility and time right here within yourself in your chest area this representing essentially i am standing as responsibility i am standing as time so i have to direct my responsibilities in a relationship to time not wait for anything or wait for anyone okay.

 

So we'll go to here for this interview some um cool points considerations and perspectives to take into account within this process of walking giving up just to recap again the practical application process have a look at where you have definitively given up in relation to something or someone or a point within your mind what was the context of the thoughts or backchats how did it affect you emotionally and what was the physical experiences that you had because those activations then is showing that it has more power over you you bought into the mind you fell into the trap okay you did not stand back and investigate introspect and question the backchats the reactions and the physical behaviors and experiences you know you embraced it okay so now i want to have the opportunity to take that step back to investigate and introspect see what weaknesses are your mind using against you to facilitate the giving up process and then to utilize the example of leaving things to the last minute okay take a process point within yourself in your world where if it so happens that you've left something to the last minute instead of giving up push through it and see how much and what you can get done within that time and then lastly if one is in such a relationship to time in your world in your reality where you're waiting for time to open up instead become the directive principle of time and prioritize your responsibilities within the given time that you have available to you all right in the next interview we will then continue with the gifts the surprises that one can realize about oneself if or as one would walk through and transcend giving up.
