Day 66 : Navigating Sales Targets: Confronting Doubts and Building Self-Confidence
Since I started TT business as senior dealer, I many time stopped the business when I didn't see results for a while. Stopping the business was for 2 weeks to 1 month. Then because I was not making enough money from this business, I decided to find a job to support my financial needs and to support building this business. But since I make this decision to find a job, I stopped TT business for a long time more than 5 months , and even when I returned to do the business, I work for this business a day and I stop for week or more.
doing this business is very simple, its about hitting specific weekly targets: twenty pitches, six presentations, and one sale. However, I have been struggling to meet these numbers consistently.
The biggest obstacle I face is the doubt about making the sale every week to make money. This doubt often overwhelms me and impacts my ability to perform my tasks effectively.
My mind constantly goes back to past experiences, reminding me that I have done many presentations without securing a sale, which reinforces my doubts.
These doubts create a cycle of negativity. Each time I prepare for a pitch or presentation, the fear of failure and the memories of past unsuccessful attempts flood my mind. This makes it difficult to stay motivated and confident.
Another layer of this struggle is my uncertainty about the product I am pitching. Although I have used this product and seen some improvements, I haven't achieved the final results I was hoping for. The product takes time to show its full potential, and this lack of immediate success contributes to my doubts. I worry that these experiences might affect how others perceive the product and whether they will be willing to invest in it.
Furthermore, I have concerns about the price of the product. I sometimes question whether it is adequately priced and if it offers enough value for the investment. This doubt about the price contributes to my negative beliefs about the business, making it even harder to sell the product confidently.
