Day 98 : The Word Possession — From Energy Control to Self-Direction
For a long time, I lived without seeing how much I was possessed.
Not by something outside of me — but by my own mind.
By thoughts, emotions, and invisible habits that decided for me when I was tired, sad, or lonely.
When I started walking the process of self-honesty and self-forgiveness,
I discovered that possession is not a mystical force —
it’s simply the moment when I give my awareness away to energy.
It’s when I forget my body,
when I let a thought tell me what to do,
when I let emotion replace direction.
🌑 Self-Forgiveness on the Word Possession
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself
to repeat the same cycles of distraction and energy-seeking,
instead of grounding myself in the physical and directing my living breath by breath.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself
to seek energy as comfort when I feel emptiness or tiredness,
instead of realizing that real comfort is already here in my body when I am present.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself
to believe that stimulation, entertainment, or attention
can give me connection,
when in truth, they only separate me from my real connection — my presence.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself
to justify my distractions by saying “I need to relax” or “just a few minutes,”
instead of realizing that this is the voice of the mind trying to stay in control.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself
to fear silence, emptiness, or being alone with myself,
without realizing that this silence is the space where I can meet myself as life.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself
to replace physical presence with energy,
to forget that true rest comes from breathing and being here — not from stimulation.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself
to define the evening as a time to escape,
instead of seeing it as a moment of self-integration, grounding, and completion of the day.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself
to fall into regret or shame after losing direction,
instead of standing up immediately and realigning myself to breath and self-direction.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself
to forget that possession only exists when I am absent,
and that I have the power to stop it simply by returning to breath.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself
to give value to the mind’s energy more than to my physical reality —
forgetting that life is physical, not energetic.
🌬️ Self-Correction & Practical Application
When and as I notice myself feeling tired, empty, or restless,
👉 I stop and breathe.
I remind myself: “I am here. I am with me.”
When and as I see that I am looking for stimulation or distraction,
👉 I ask myself: “Am I looking for energy or connection?”
If it’s energy, I bring my attention back to my body — I move, I stretch, I breathe.
When and as I notice I am avoiding a simple physical action — like writing, breathing, or finishing my day —
👉 I remind myself that each small action of self-direction builds real self-trust.
When and as I notice thoughts that try to pull me away,
👉 I stop, breathe, and say within myself:
“I am the directive principle of my life — not my thoughts, not my feelings.”
🌱 Self-Commitment – Living the Word Possession Redefined
I commit myself to no longer live as energy,
but as breath, awareness, and physical stability.
I commit myself to transform moments of distraction
into moments of presence —
to breathe, to move, to direct myself in alignment with life.
I commit myself to redefine the word possession as a reminder:
Possession exists only where I am not present.
The moment I breathe and return to my body, possession ends.
I commit myself to walk each day with gentleness and honesty,
to learn from every fall without judgment,
and to use each moment as an opportunity
to build self-trust, presence, and real living awareness.
🌞 Redefinition of the Word “Possession”
Old definition:
Possession was when I lost myself in energy, thoughts, or emotions,
believing that something had control over me.
New definition:
Possession is the moment I separate from my physical presence
and allow energy to move me instead of self-awareness.Presence is when I return to the breath and move from directive principle.
🌿 Final Reflection
Possession is not something to fight — it’s something to understand.
The moment I understand it, I can direct it.
And through each breath, I reclaim what I once gave away:
my self-direction, my awareness, my life.

Title:
🌀 The Moment You Leave Your Body… Possession Begins.
Text:
Possession isn’t about spirits or demons.
It’s when you forget to breathe.
When you let a thought, emotion, or energy decide for you.
Every time you escape the silence,
scroll without direction, or chase stimulation —
you give a piece of yourself away.
But here’s the key:
👉 The moment you breathe and return to your body,
possession ends.
Presence begins.
