Day 20 : Brutal Self Honesty

 


I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to apply Brutal self honesty when facing the conscious, subconscious or unconscious mind. Meaning that when and as I observe and see the mind act of thoughts, reactions, emotions, feelings, back-chats, or behavioral patterns;  I STOP, breathe, apply self forgiveness and live a word that is best for ALL, and write if needed. STOP meaning stop the participation with the mind and return all awareness to the physical.


I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to live the words Brutal Self Honesty in all ways and all times.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not apply brutal self honesty when facing possession.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not apply brutal self honesty when facing excitement.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not apply brutal self honesty when facing sex urge.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed my physical body to understand and apply my order when I say Brutal Self honesty out-load.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see realize and understand that brutal self honesty meaning immediately STOP the act of the mind that can be a behavioral pre-programmed patterns, or thoughts patterns, or reactions, or back-chats.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to give the priority of application to brutal self honesty over all pre-programmed thoughts and behavioral patterns.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see realize and understand that the mind over thousands of years of existence has created abuse and Caos in this world; and all solutions and disciplines that was created by the mind and without the principle of what is best for all life had failed to bring a better World. This is why I and all humanity need brutal self honesty to stop the Mind and birth ourself from the physical as Life as what is best for all Life.

I forgive myself that I have  accepted and allowed myself to resist brutal self honesty. Meaning not seing and facing and reflecting on what is going inside my physical body within each moment. Meaning also breathing life to every cellular component of my physical body within every breath. Meaning also breathing life to any energetic reaction in my physical body and as I breath out let it go to Earth.


I commit myself to let go of resistance of self honesty and see and face and reflect on what is going inside my physical body within each moment. 

I commit myself to  breathe life to every cellular component of my physical body within every breath.

I commit myself to breathing life to any energetic reaction in my physical body and as I breath out let it go back to Earth.

I commit myself to be the living example of brutal self honesty.

I commit myself to say out load and apply Brutal Self Honesty when and as I experience the act of the mind as thoughts, reactions, back-chats or behavioral pre programmed patterns.

Day 107 : Ending the Mind's Control and Reclaiming My Life

Who Is Still in Control? When I ask myself, Is the mind still in control?  I immediately see that the question itself already hides the real point: I am the one accepting and allowing the mind to be in control.  It is not that the mind has some independent power. It is that I am still automatically accepting its movements, reactions, interpretations, fears, desires, energies as me.  So the real question is:  Why am I still accepting and allowing this?  I see that when the mind feels overwhelming, the overwhelmingness itself is something I participate in. It doesn't appear magically. I have to agree with the thoughts, feelings, fears, internal conversations that feed the experience of overwhelm.
