Day 71 : What is sex part 1

 

As I was listening to What is sex part 1 and part 2 from eqafe.com , I found it very supporting to write self forgiveness and self commitment about that so here it is : 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to automatically associate the word "sex" with images, fantasies, and memories without considering the deeper meanings and influences behind these reactions.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself  to not see realize and recognize  the deeper subconscious and unconscious programming that shapes my perceptions and behaviors around sex.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to to define and experience sex  as and from the mind conscious system. 

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be influenced and driven by pre-programmed systems, including the sex system, which dictate my thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without my self direction.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to use sex and sexuality as a means to program and define myself and my relationships.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from my physical substance, the equality and oneness of all existence, by existing within the confines of my mind consciousness system.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be programmed by societal, cultural, and religious beliefs about sex, without investigating, examining and introspecting these beliefs and their origins.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to unconsciously adopt physical and mental stances based on programmed beliefs and attitudes, rather than being the directive principle of my life as the physical and choosing how to express myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be driven by energy generated by the mind consciousness system, rather than living as a stable expression of the physical substance that I truly am.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate from the physical substance of life, of equality and oneness, and instead exist within the mind consciousness system, which relies on energy and causes me to experience a reality of death, dying, and destruction rather than life, living, expansion, and growth.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to deny the real substance of life within my human physical body, allowing the mind consciousness system to integrate and take control over my physical expression, causing my physical body to diminish and restrict its natural function, ultimately leading to death.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become subject to images, pictures, experiences, and memories related to sex, rather than experiencing physical interaction with another human being in equality and oneness.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the mind consciousness system's definition of sex, which is based on energy and separation, leading to the manifestation of pornography as a an external representation of what sex system is as a pre-programmed internal system of human kind .

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to ignore the reality of the physical substance and instead focus on the mind consciousness system's perceptions and interpretations of reality, which have evolved over time to include images, pictures, and energies like emotions and feelings.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to contribute to the creation and perpetuation of the mind consciousness system by allowing it to use my physical body as a source of energy and by participating in its programs and systems, which separate me from the real substance of life.

I commit myself to explore and understand the deeper layers of my mind and consciousness that influence my perceptions and experiences of sex, so I can birth myself from the physical substance.

I commit myself to question and  examine and introspect  the beliefs and programs related to sex and sexuality that I have accepted from society, culture, and religion.

I commit myself to no longer allow pre-programmed systems, including the sex system, to dictate my thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Instead, I commit myself to be the directive principle of my life and make choices that align with my true self as life as what is best for all life.

I commit myself to investigate the relationships between my physical body and my mind consciousness system, so I can better understand how they influence my experience of life.

I commit myself to move beyond the limitations of my mind consciousness system and connect with the physical substance that represents the equality and oneness of all existence.

I commit myself to be aware of and challenge any automatic responses or physical changes I experience when confronted with specific words or situations, ensuring that my actions are self directed within equality and oneness with the physical.

I commit myself to live as an expression of stability and equality, free from the influence of energetic reactions and mind consciousness programming.

When I notice myself separating from the physical substance of life and entering the mind consciousness system, I commit myself to stop and breathe. I realize the importance of grounding myself in the physical and focusing on the reality of my physical body and its natural expression, rather than allowing the mind consciousness system to dominate my experience.

I commit myself to explore and understand the physical substance of my human body, including the atoms, molecules, and DNA, and to support my physical well-being by rejecting the influence of the mind consciousness system. I commit myself to focus on the physical reality and work to express myself as life, living, and growth, rather than allowing the mind consciousness system to lead me to death and destruction.

When I encounter thoughts, images, or memories related to sex, I commit myself to recognize them as manifestations of the mind consciousness system. I commit myself to not allow these thoughts and images to dictate my experience or interactions with others. Instead, I will focus on physical interaction and expression in equality and oneness with another human being.

I commit myself to reject the mind consciousness system's definition of sex as based on energy and separation. I commit myself to work to redefine and live sex as a physical expression of equality and oneness, free from the influence of pornography and other mind-based distortions.

When I notice myself engaging with the mind consciousness system's interpretations of reality through images, pictures, and energies, I commit myself to stop and bring my awareness back to the physical. I will focus on the reality of my physical environment and body, rejecting the illusions created by the mind consciousness system.

I commit myself to take responsibility for my participation in the mind consciousness system and to work towards disengaging from its programs and systems. I commit myself to focus on grounding myself in the physical substance of life and rejecting the influence of the mind consciousness system's energy-based reality.
