Day 104 : Walking Resonance — From Separation to Self-Embodiment

Image
I read “Day 52: Resonance Part 1” on Mitch’s Journey to Life (link below). That post landed in me like a mirror — it showed resonance not as a mystical idea but as a living record: what we are being at the level of body and breath. https://mitchsjourneytolife.blogspot.com/2025/10/day-52-resonance-part-1.html What I took from that reading is simple and brutal: if change is to happen, it doesn’t happen first in thought; it happens in the body. Our everyday resonance — the tone of our breath, the way we hold tension, the habitual ways we respond — is the blueprint we run from moment to moment. In other words: who we are being now is the future we co-create. This article is my walking through that mirror. It is a deep, practical, living self-forgiveness about my own resonance and a direct commitment to embodying the 13 Desteni principles as a way to change my field — and my life — from the inside out. Understanding Resonance — the Practical Truth Resonance is not vague. It is meas...

Day 103 : Thinking of Goals Instead of Living in the Physical

Image
It’s easy to get lost in the idea of progress. We set goals, we imagine outcomes, we picture success. But in doing so, we often forget the only space where real life happens — the physical, here, in every breath. We become trapped in the illusion that if we think hard enough, plan long enough, or push ourselves with enough energy, we’ll get there. But there is no “there.” There is only here. 🌬️ Self-Forgiveness — Releasing the Mind’s Obsession with Goals I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to think about my goals as if thinking could create them, not realizing that thoughts are not physical reality , they are energy loops that feed the mind while the body waits to be lived. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create pictures of success in my mind — the perfect call, the booked meeting, the satisfied client — and to believe that this imagining is progress, when in fact it is a form of mental masturbation , generating energy instea...

Day 102 : From Intimidation to Equality: Reclaiming My Presence in Front of Authority

Image
Yesterday, during my day of work, something very simple yet very powerful happened. I called a prospect — and when I realized that the person on the other side of the line was the director of the company, a sudden wave of intimidation ran through my body. My voice became smaller. My chest tightened. When he said, “I’m not interested,” I felt a sting in my stomach, a kind of shame mixed with sadness. In that moment, I saw how easily I still give away my power — how one word from someone else can change the way I breathe. The Mind’s Hierarchy: Why I Feel Small I’ve learned through the Desteni process that intimidation is not about the person in front of me. It’s about my own relationship with authority — with the idea of “better” and “worse,” “higher” and “lower.” Somewhere inside, I had accepted the belief that “directors” or “decision-makers” are more important than me. That their opinion defines my worth. That a rejection means I failed. But that’s a lie. It’s the ...

Day 101 : The Illusion of Rest: How I Reclaimed My Energy from Social Media

Image
For a long time, I believed that  rest  meant sitting back, watching something online, scrolling, or falling asleep with a video playing in the background. It felt like rest — my body stopped moving, my mind felt entertained, and I called it “relaxing.” But when I started observing myself more deeply, especially through the process of self-awareness and self-forgiveness, I began to see what was really happening. From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. today, I was scrolling through Facebook, watching couple videos and movie cut scenes. I smiled, I felt “relaxed,” but when I looked closer, I saw I was escaping. I wasn’t resting — I was distracting myself from the fear, from the emptiness that comes when I stop stimulating my mind. The same pattern showed up every night before sleep. I used to watch chess videos, thinking they helped me calm down and fall asleep. But now I see that what I called  “relaxing my mind”  was actually  feeding my mind  — filling it with thoughts, ...

Day 100 : Desire: From Possession to Living Creation

Image
The word Desire has walked with me for a long time. It has been behind almost every movement, every thought, every chase — from relationships, sex, and love, to success, money, and recognition. At first, I believed desire was life itself — that to desire meant to be alive. But as I started to slow down, breathe, and look at what actually happens inside my body, I saw that desire is not life . It is an energetic movement — a subtle vibration that begins when I believe something or someone outside of me will complete me. Bernard Poolman once said: “Desire is the lie that says you do not already have life.” I saw how true this was. Every time I participated in desire, I stepped out of the physical and into the mind — into imagination, projection, hope, and fear. Desire became the substitute for living . It promised fulfillment but always ended in emptiness. I realized that as long as I am driven by desire, I am driven by energy , not by life . Seeing What Desire Really Is...

Day 99 : Walking the Soul of Money – Self-Forgiveness, Substance, and Equality

Image
As I listened to The Soul of Money – Part 10 , I realized that it’s my responsibility to take self-responsibility for how I’ve created and participated in the mind, consciousness, and the world system of money. I could see how everything that was explained — from the creation of consciousness to the unified consciousness field, from the mind’s relationship with the physical body to the way the money system functions — is not something separate from me. It is who I have accepted and allowed myself to be within my own inner reality. The same process that happened in existence as a whole is happening within me: transforming substance into energy, consuming life to maintain my own survival as consciousness, instead of living as the physical, as life, in equality and oneness. Through listening, I began to understand that the mind, the body, and money are reflections of the same system — a system of relationships based on separation, control, and consumption. And that the only way to truly...

Day 98 : The Word Possession — From Energy Control to Self-Direction

Image
For a long time, I lived without seeing how much I was possessed. Not by something outside of me — but by my own mind. By thoughts, emotions, and invisible habits that decided for me when I was tired, sad, or lonely. When I started walking the process of self-honesty and self-forgiveness, I discovered that possession is not a mystical force — it’s simply the moment when I give my awareness away to energy . It’s when I forget my body, when I let a thought tell me what to do, when I let emotion replace direction. 🌑 Self-Forgiveness on the Word Possession I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to repeat the same cycles of distraction and energy-seeking, instead of grounding myself in the physical and directing my living breath by breath. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to seek energy as comfort when I feel emptiness or tiredness, instead of realizing that real comfort is already here in my body when I am present. I forgive myse...

Day 97 : The Truth About Falling and Standing Up Again

Image
This morning, as I sat quietly breathing, I asked myself: “Why did I fall yesterday?” It wasn’t about the external event — it was about who I was within that event. Before any temptation even appeared, I was already slightly tired, slightly disconnected from my physical body, slightly caught in the feeling of wanting something to comfort me. That “something” is where the fall begins. It’s not the picture, the sound, or the thought that triggers the pattern — it’s the inner permission , the small voice that says: “Maybe just for a moment.” “I deserve a break.” “I’ll get back on track after this.” That’s the voice of the mind — the subtle doorway through which the entire energy cycle enters. And the moment I believe that voice, I leave my body. 🌬️ Presence Is the First Prevention I realized that every fall happens because I stop being here . It’s not about being strong or perfect — it’s about being present . The mind doesn’t take over in one big move; it does so thro...

Day 96 : The Word: Deserving — From Judgment to Living Worth

Image
This article will guide the reader from the mind’s idea of deserving (based on comparison, self-judgment, and energy) to the living reality of worthiness — where value is expressed through self-honesty, responsibility, and creation.  Read it out loud to get more benefit. 🌕 The Word: Deserving — From Judgment to Living Worth 1️⃣ Current Understanding When I hear the word Deserving , I notice how much energy it carries — thoughts like: “Do I deserve success?” “Do I deserve love?” “Do I deserve happiness?” It’s a word that often hides comparison , guilt , and fear of unworthiness . For most of my life, I’ve used “deserving” as a mental scale : if I’ve done “enough,” then I deserve good things; if I’ve failed or made mistakes, I deserve punishment or lack. But this entire system of “deserving” is a mind-creation — a game of polarity. Life itself doesn’t measure deserving. The air, the sun, the earth — they give unconditionally. So, what if deserving is not about earning...

Day 95 : Trusting My Beingness and Physical Body Instead of the Mind

Image
🕊️ Trusting My Beingness and Physical Body Instead of the Mind For most of my life, I believed that my thoughts, emotions, and feelings were my guidance system — that the mind somehow knew what was best for me. I trusted the excitement, the fear, the urges, the fantasies, the judgments — because they felt real. But what I’ve realized through this process of self-forgiveness is that the mind is not life. The mind reacts, analyzes, and projects. It lives on memory and energy. But my Beingness — the still, silent presence that breathes — is constant. And my physical body — this living structure — is the proof of what’s real. When I began to slow down, breathe, and return to my body, I noticed something simple yet powerful: Life doesn’t exist in thoughts — it exists here , in the rhythm of my breath, in the feeling of my feet on the ground, in the sound of my heartbeat. The more I trust my body, the quieter my mind becomes. The more I listen to Beingness, the more stable I fee...

Day 94 : Facing the Word “Masturbation”: From Energy to Presence

Image
There are moments in this process where a word reveals itself not as what we thought it was, but as a doorway — a doorway to seeing how deeply we have defined ourselves through energy. The word Masturbation for me has been one of those doorways. When I started walking this word, I saw how it was not only about a physical act, but about the energetic relationship I had built toward myself: the need for stimulation, the fear of emptiness, and the search for control through pleasure. I could see how, whenever I suppressed emotions or felt tired, lonely, or uncertain, the mind would bring back the idea of release — as if energy could solve what I had not yet faced in myself. But every time I would stop, breathe, and stay with my body, I saw that what I was actually avoiding was silence . That silence is not emptiness. It is the beginning of presence. This word has shown me that masturbation, when driven by energy, becomes a cycle of escape — but when faced with self-honesty, it bec...
